 Here at LYKEN we are concerned about our changing climate. As the amount of energy required to power the machinery used to produce and deliver frozen confectionery is considerably large, we thought that, rather than help unleash the Carbon Genie on the world's delicate ecosystem, we would seek to do things differently. We are, therefore, very proud to be the first to provide a carbon neutral sorbet made from 100% pure fruit. That is, one that has been both created and shipped using carbon neutral technology and one that we have neither added anything to nor subtracted anything from. That is, minimum guilt for you yet maximum sensation for your taste buds! Plenty think a boutique sorbet with this level of purity is in itself unique and though it means that, if you take it straight from the freezer you'll need a chainsaw to cut it, we get to sleep well at night, certain that you will savour our passionately crafted sorbets for what they are - the benchmark by which all other sorbets will be measured.
