Flavours of Luxury Fruit Sorbet

In deciding on which fruits to use in our range of exquisite pure fruit sorbet there was an ever present conflict between utilising a variety of rather unusual and delicious fruit and fossil fuel use.

In the beginning we realised that, in order to create a supreme sorbet (something we knew was not impossible to do) in a carbon sensitive way, we would need to marry the aim of sourcing our ingredients (from as few countries as possible) with maintaining a suitably exotic selection of sorbet. We also realised that we would never, ever fly fruit by air.

In view of this we have decided to use:

Acai, Garden Strawberries, Wild Strawberries, Zapote, Papaya, Cherries, Nectarines, Melons, Guayabilla, Kiwis, Apples, Pitayah, Raspberries, Mandarins, Coyolitos, Calala, Bananas, Granadilla, Figs, Mangoes, Plums, Wolfberries, Guava, Blueberries, Pineapples, Apricots, Blackberries, Peaches, Blackcurrants, Pomegranates, Grapes and Blood Oranges to create our ever-evolving range of exceptionally well-balanced 100% pure fruit sorbet.
