How do I create an account?

  • Go to the My Account page. Fill in your information then press create an account. You will receive a confirmation email.

I have forgotten my password.

  • Go to the My Account page. Click the Lost Your Password? link. Fill in your details to receive a password reset link by email.

How do I edit my account information?

  • Go to the My Account page and log in. Once you have logged in you will see an Edit Your Password and Account Details link. Click the link to edit your account information.

How do I track my order?

  • Go to the My Account page and log in. From your account dashboard, you can view your recent orders. Your order shipped notification will be emailed automatically once all tracking ID’s are collected.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

  • Contact our customer service team by visiting our contact page. Unfortunately, any order that has been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

What if I have not received my order?

What if I received my order and it is damaged, defective or not what I ordered?

  • There are no extra delivery costs. Delivery times are approximate which can be found in the product description. You will also receive a tracking number once your order notification via email.
